“In Their Boots: Poems Inspired by Soldiers and Their Loved Ones” is an inspirational, powerful, educational program created by G. Mark LaFrancis, author, veteran and public speaker. The program includes a book series and a stirring multi-media presentation available to civic groups, schools, libraries, military organizations and other gatherings. G. Mark LaFrancis has compiled more than 250 hours of interviews with soldiers from Iraq and Afghanistan and their loved ones, compiling more than 700 poem-stories revealing their hearts and minds.
